This is known as the GTA of VR with a storyline. Admittedly the story line does seem a bit strange, but it does feel like GTA. You can freely roam around the city, accept missions from a menu, accept missions from meeting strangers on the street, upgrade weapons, and unlock weapon skins. You can also complete objectives with your weapons to increase their base attributes. For example you can get X number of kills while jumping to increase its base damage by 20% or add 5 bullets to your mag. You also have the ability to slow down time to focus like Michael in GTA as well as scale buildings. All inside a massive city you can explore and even the inhabited mountain lands.
