A great combat game based on parrying that makes me think of it as a Roguelike Borderlands 2. While other games try to deter sword spammers by using things like weight distribution, this game forces you to parry the enemy’s attacks to stun them to do a bunch of damage. Swinging your sword for ordinary hits hardly do any damage. They have an early access demo that I would highly encourage checking out.
